Oops
The Oops command is a specialized hotkey in dIKta.me designed to save you from mis-injections or formatting mistakes.
Because dIKta.me injects text directly into your active window, there are times when your cursor might be in the wrong place when the injection happens. You might have clicked away to a Slack channel while the LLM was processing your dictation, and suddenly your perfectly formatted paragraph ends up in a chat box where it doesn't belong.
How to use Oops
To fix an injection mistake, simply press the Oops hotkey:
Ctrl + Alt + V (Default)
dIKta.me's Text Injector always stores the last piece of text it injected into memory safely.
If your injection landed in the wrong place, you can simply:
- Press
Ctrl + Zon your keyboard to undo the mistake in that application. - Click where the text should have gone.
- Press
Ctrl + Alt + V.
The Text Injector will instantly re-paste the exact same properly formatted text to your correct cursor position, so you do not have to dictate the entire paragraph again.
The Oops memory is volatile. It remembers only the very last injection and is completely cleared whenever you restart the dIKta.me application.
